Brand new this year we will offer U9-U12 boys and girls teams which compete in the highest level leagues possible while considering the individual teams’ developmental needs. In the youth academy we will have full-time professional coaches assigned to enhance the players’ love of the game, while focusing on improving technical skill. Our curriculum encourages the development of simple tactical principles that will translate to the 11v11 game. We will divide the players based on their ability to ensure every player can be challenged. However we consistently re-evaluate players and teams to ensure we provide the opportunity to play up/down levels and ages. The core of this program is to develop, encourage, and best prepare our players for the next level.
